Future Doctor Hanly is a research assistant and clinical observer on Dr. Chang’s team, with aspirations of matriculating into medical school upon completion of his post-baccalaureate program. As part of the research team, he aids in manuscript writing, statistical analyses, data acquisition, literature review, and more. His latest work involves assembling a large Markov model to analyze the cost-effectiveness of screening modalities for multiple myeloma. He is very interested in becoming a radiologist and in the advancement of radiological science; investigations of new imaging technologies, radiotracers, and machine learning algorithms are research efforts he follows closely.
